Returns or Exchange
You have the right to return or exchange an item you have purchased within fourteen (14) days following delivery of your goods. In order for your return or exchange request to be fulfilled, it is necessary to complete the Return & Exchange Form sent together with the goods, and please return it back to us with the relevant invoice, original box, packaging, and all standard accessories.
Return Process:
You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a refund. You must fill in the Return & Exchange form sent with the item you purchased. The product to be returned must be sent back to us with the completed form, its original box, packaging, all standard accessories and invoice.
Return Conditions:
- There is no return process for the products worn, damaged, altered, lost their originality and without their attached labels. All products must be returned in re-saleable condition
- Returns of damaged products caused by use of purchaser are not accepted
- Return shipments belong to our company
- If you want to return one or more of the purchased products, the shipping fee belongs to our company.
- In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with an invoice. Please make sure that you have the original documents, which are sent to you for the return process. Products without an invoice cannot be returned.

Exchange Process:
If you want to exchange the product you purchased with another size or colour of the same model; you must fill in the Exchange & Return Form along with your request. You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to make the exchange. You can send the product back to us by stating the size or colour you want to exchange on the return & exchange form. The product you want to exchange must be sent back to us within its original box, packaging, labels, all standard accessories including with the invoice within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchange Conditions:
- There is absolutely no exchange for used products that have lost their originality and have no labels on them
- Shipping is free for one exchange for the same product type in a different size or colour. More than one exchange is to be covered by the purchaser
- If you want to exchange the product with another model, first you must return the product back to us and create a new order for the product you requested
- In accordance with legal regulations, all orders are shipped with an invoice. Make sure you have the original documents sent to you in the exchange process. Products without an invoice cannot be exchanged
