  • How can I shop online?

  2. Add the product of your choice into the shopping trolley. Then continue shopping, or complete the order.
  3. You can continue the ordering process as a member or guest.
  4. Choose your delivery type.
  5. Choose your payment method.
  6. Confirm the order.
  7. After checking your billing and payment information, you will receive a confirmation email.
  8. Your product will be delivered to your chosen address within the specified period.
  • What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

 

Yes, you can safely use your credit card. Shopify system with PCI DSS secure card storage feature provides an easy and secure payment platform. It has Level 1 certificate, which is the highest-level security certificate of PCI Service Provider.

As an E-commerce site connected to the Shopify system, it has this certificate automatically.

 

  • Is there a regular stock replenishment for the products out of stock?

Not always! Some of our models depending on the season and collection may not be available again. For this reason, there is no stock renewal for some products.

 

 

  • Can I track my order?
  1. A few minutes after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an e-mail, make sure your e-mail address is spelt correctly, if it is correct, please contact us.
  2. When the shipment is made, you will be sent an email with your order summary and tracking number. 
  • What should I watch out for during delivery?

When receiving your order, you should check your parcel for damage (tears, crushing, wetting, etc.). In the case of damage detection, if the damage occurred you should not accept the parcel and keep a record of the delivery courier.

The report will facilitate your replacement and your return process. As it states the damage was not your fault. The new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Missing or damaged product notifications made after receiving the parcel are subject to inspection. The review can be accepted or rejected depending on the result.
